On 11 October 2017, the AIAA Student Branch at HKUST was invited to tour the hangar of Metrojet Ltd. A total of 9 MAE students and faculty from HKUST attended this event.
During this visit, students were given a rare insight into the inner workings of the business aviation facility. One highlight of the trip was the opportunity to visit the cabin of a Gulfstream GV aircraft and observe a flagship Gulfstream G650ER aircraft up close
